Moving Cross Rail Double-Column Machining Center

KRV series of moving cross rail five-face machining center series, combine W axis with the advanced design of high-rigidity moving rail structure, providing you with a large travel of full automatic multi-faceted processing with strong cutting capacity. The series model has a large travelonW-axis with 1000/1700 mm stroke and Z-axis with 900/1100 mm for your option. Equipped with automatic vertical-horizontal tool changer, automatic vertical-horizontal attaching head changer, which are able to be carried with various types of automatic additional head (90 degree milling head, universal head, extension head, speed-up extension head). Angle head has 5° indexing division with high precision as standard, and 1/2.5° indexing division or CTS function are available. Attaching head spindle speed up to 4500rpm,which is the highest in the field, vertical and horizontal head changer and multi-head storage module can be selected per your demands to save space and meet with the greatest satisfaction. X/Y-axis ball screw with the hollow cooling design, which can reduce the temperature rise as well as thermal deformation,and improve the positioning as well as repeatability accuracy.
